Hearing Und on resolution fojr Pipe sewer on St. Peter Street. from Corby Street to Howard Street, under Im-rovement Resolution No. 708. In the City of South Bends Indiana. ,i pon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to roparty liable to be assessed for ,,aid improvements are equal to the estimate cost of the same , as reported ! by the City Civil. M og sneer and thereupon takes final action on said resolution; as originally adopted, and the same Is hereby in all things, -ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved fur-ther, that notices be published or., the 28-th., day of August 1919 and on the 4th., day of September 1919 in the South Bend Daily Tribune in s.id City, stating ing that this Board will gce ivied bids ; or the construct in of said. impr- cver.!ents up to 10:00 A.M. on the 16th. day, cr September 1919. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Spruce Street from Colfax Avenue to the first alley north of Washi gton Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 720.
