Improvement ResolutionNo. 707 In the: C ity of Soutb Bend, Indiana.- ; And Whereas, we',, the1. undersigned are `the only persons owing property O4 soul street and, that `we are a1on� Bfected in any way by said impr�ave- ments, and that !Fe are the 's9le owners of the, separate` parcels of land bordering upon -said street. Therefore, for the purposq. of slaying time and ex sense we the undersigned do hereby waive all objections az�d defense to anydifect in said pro- e ed ings, and to any .v iolatioh in' procedure for the improvement of said streets as fixed by Section 8710 of Burns# Revised Statutes of 1914. .We also consent that said Br.eard shall proceed to let the contract for di�iAt said rrork in the following "manner; That they shall notify by mail responsible contractors in the City of South Bend# Indiana of said work to be done under said resolution, and that they shall receive bids from said contractors for doing said work, and they �shail let the contract for the doing of said work to the lowest responsible biddere we waive any objection to the action of said) Bward in letting said contract In a form and manner other than provided by law* We further consent that the, e.est of doing said work shall be -assessed ago Indt the different parcels of, real estate owned by us as provided by Sections 8710,8711,8714,8716,8717, '`718 of Burns Revised Statutes of .1914 Wand all acts and laws amendatory thereof or suipplea*hlml thereto: And we further waive any and all objections to the fact that no advertisement for hearing on assessment oil was published as required. by, law, and agree that notice given us by mail shall be siff scent notice of the hear.. upon the assessment made for said improveme t. . t -ion ed.
