Attorney George Crane Attorney For the New Jersey, Indians & Illinois Railway Comp"y appeared before - the Board and requested permles ion to lay the' following tracks. One track 330 feet long and one track 4 465 feet long., .Extreme west and sf .both tracks is 50 feet from center of Sample Street. Extreme east end at is 10 feet west of west line of Olive Street. Permission granted by the B ard for such tracke. Engiuper ing filed assessment roll and f final ' est imate fifer water connections 'on Lindsey Street from Portage Avenue to Blaine Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 6S2. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the assessments be published In the South Bend. Daily Tribune, on the 24th.. day of July 1919 and on the 31st. day, of July 1919, stating that this Boardl will give a hear ing on the amount of such assessments at its office Ili -the City Hall on the 6th. , asy of August I919 at 715 P.1[. D.1 Teeple Nose inner of Buildings iu regard to filing case in his office for blue prints. The same was ordered.
