IHCDA awarded <br /> funds from two different sources for the same project activity. <br /> Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration <br /> and Healthy Homes Supplemental Funds $528,951.00 <br /> While each fund/award has its own regulations, processes,agreement and required resolution,the funds are <br /> intended to work in tandem. Combined the awards allow for costs related to hazard control work, risk <br /> assessments,inspections,clearance,staff and personnel expected to address 40 housing units. <br /> Local and State efforts to publicize and explain the program are on-going.
