This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 6 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for <br />Professional Services dated , 2018. <br />Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br />Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties: <br />ARTICLE 2 — OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services <br />1) Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A, a total fee amount not to <br />exceed $49,800.00, as follows: <br />1. A Lump Sum amount of $29,200.00 based on the following estimated distribution of <br />compensation: <br />a. Detailed Design <br />1) Project Management $2,500.00 <br />2) Field Survey $3,700.00 <br />3) Utility Coordination $1,600.00 <br />4) Asbestos Survey Update $2,200,00 <br />5) MOT Design $3,700.00 <br />6) Bid Document Development $15,500.00 <br />Total Lump Sum Fee $29,200.00 <br />2. The total compensation for Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment services and <br />Expenses is estimated to be $20,600.00 based on the following estimated distribution of <br />compensation: <br />a. Bidding Phase and Construction Phase Office Services (Hourly Rate) $20,600.00 <br />3. Engineer may not alter the distribution of compensation between individual lump sum <br />phases noted herein to be consistent with services actually rendered, without written consent <br />of the Owner. Engineer shall not exceed the total fee amount unless approved in writing by <br />the Owner. <br />4. The Lump Sum includes compensation for Engineer's services and services of Engineer's <br />Consultants, if any. Appropriate amounts have been incorporated in the Lump Sum to <br />account for labor, overhead, profit, and Reimbursable Expenses, <br />5.
