1 L Assistance in connection with Bid protests, rebidding, or renegotiating contracts for <br />construction, materials, equipment, or services, except when such assistance is required by <br />Exhibit F. <br />12. Providing construction surveys and staking to enable Contractor to perform its work other <br />than as required under Paragraph ALOLA.6.b, and any type of property surveys or related <br />engineering services needed for the transfer of interests in real property; and providing other <br />special field surveys other than as required under Paragraph A1.02.A.d. <br />13. Providing Construction Phase services beyond the original date for completion and <br />readiness for final payment of Contractor. <br />14. Providing assistance in responding to the presence of any Constituent of Concern at the <br />Site, in compliance with current Laws and Regulations. <br />15. Preparing Record Drawings showing appropriate record information based on Project <br />annotated record documents received from Contractor and furnishing such Record <br />Drawings to Owner. <br />16. Preparing to serve or serving as a consultant or witness for Owner in any litigation, <br />arbitration, or other dispute resolution process related to the Project. <br />17. Preparation of Landfill Permitting Applications and any other further associated laboratory <br />testing. <br />18. Survey services related to developing soil quantities. <br />19. Post -Demolition Topographic and As -built Survey. <br />20. Development of Record Drawings <br />21. Demolition Phase Administration and on -site observation services. <br />22. Performing material sampling, analytical analysis of samples, geotechnical investigations, <br />environmental investigations and the associated reporting. <br />23. Services required for the completion of a new, or an update of the existing environmental <br />investigations and/or asbestos surveys not otherwise identified in Basic Services by the <br />Engineer. <br />24. Any services required or associated with unforeseen issues, including but not omitted to, <br />demolition and environmental / abatement issues.
