REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2018 292 <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, Visit South Bend Mishawaka has awarded the City a grant, in the amount <br />of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), for engaging professional services to develop a wayfinding <br />master plan for the City (the "Project"). Any remainder of the grant is to be used toward Project <br />implementation; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South Bend Board of Public <br />Works as follows: <br />1. The City, through its Board of Public Works, hereby accepts the grant of $ 50,000 <br />from Visit South Bend Mishawaka in furtherance and support of the development <br />of a wayfinding master plan Project. <br />2. The Project consultant will be selected via a request for proposal process to be <br />awarded by the Board during 2018 <br />3. A Visit South Bend Mishawaka representative shall be part of the stakeholder team. <br />4. All funds granted pursuant to the Visit South Bend Mishawaka Grant shall be <br />expended solely for carrying out the Project. <br />5.
