Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion <br /> which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> There was no special business at this time. <br /> REPORTS OF CITY OFFICES <br /> Representing the City Administration: Suzanna Fritzberg, Deputy Chief of Staff <br /> Councilmember Karen White made a motion to suspend the rules to hear Resolutions at this time. <br /> Councilmember Gavin Ferlic seconded this motion which carried unanimously by a voice vote of <br /> nine (9) ayes. <br /> RESOLUTIONS <br /> BILL NO. <br /> 1 <br />
