A review of the Tax Abatement Ordinance No. 9394-03 finds that the petitioner does meet the <br />qualifications for nine (9) year real property tax abatement under Section 2-82, Office <br />Rehabilitation -Central Business District for work valued up to $5,474,680. If the two building <br />permits had not been pulled the total value of the work would be $5,591,680. <br />
