We understand that the Phase I Update is required prior to January 27, 2012. A verbal summary will be made upon completion of the site reconnaissance effort and review of the regulatory database search information. The Asbestos Containing Material Survey can be performed for an Estimated Fee of $1,500. Please note that this fee includes the sampling and analysis of up to 40 "suspect' Asbestos - Containing Building Materials. Analysis in excess of 40 "suspect' materials will be performed on a unit cost basis of $20 /sample. The Lead -based Paint Survey can be performed for an Estimated Fee of $1,500. Please note that this fee does not include the rental of any lifts or other means necessary to reach suspect painted components.
