Weaver was legally advertised <br /> on Thursday, December 8, 2011 and that the Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on <br /> Tuesday, December 20,2011 took the following action: <br /> Upon a motion by Robert Hawley, being seconded by John DeLee and unanimously <br /> carried, the proposed ordinance of Steven E. Weaver to zone from OB Office Buffer <br /> District to SF2 Single Family and Two Family District, property located at 3321 <br /> Mishawaka Avenue,City of South Bend is sent to the Common Council with a <br /> favorable recommendation.
