Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br /> Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The project calls for the construction of <br /> a new warehouse and distribution facility, located at the intersection of Dylan Drive and Parkland <br /> Drive, South Bend, IN. <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total amount of <br /> private investment for the new building construction and land purchase is estimated at$14M.
