Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (14) continued... <br /> Addendum to Master Agency Agreement <br /> authorized a contract with Abonmarche to <br /> provide Project Oversight/Inspection of the <br /> project in the amount of$86,740. The <br /> purpose of the contract was to allow an <br /> additional (outside) inspector to be in the <br /> field to deal with project construction issues. <br /> Based on the complexity of the project, the <br /> service was well worth the expense, but we <br /> need some additional funding to provide <br /> additional inspection services to close out the <br /> sewer and road project and complete all <br /> required closeout documentation. Staff <br /> requests approval of Resolution No. 2971. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2971 <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2971 OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ADDENDUM TO THE <br /> MASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of (MAYFLOwER/HUTSFIELD SQUARE <br /> an Amendment to the Addendum to the INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT). <br /> Master Agency Agreement <br /> (Mayflower/Hutsfield Square Infrastructure <br /> Proj ect). <br /> H.
