ADG did the initial study of <br /> the Bosch facility for the Commission at a <br /> cost of$5,000. As talks continued with the <br /> interested party, ADG spent much additional <br /> time with department staff, Cressy & Everett, <br /> Bosch personnel, and the interested party to <br /> determine the feasibility of a possible move. <br /> The time frame in which this work needed to <br /> be done was short, to meet deadlines for a <br /> decision to be made, which is still ongoing. <br /> The work completed by ADG helps the <br /> department understand the Bosch's buildings <br /> possibilities, and will be of value under any <br /> scenario. Staff requests approval of ADG's <br /> Summary of Completed Architectural <br /> Services in the amount of$23,825.60, for the <br /> vast amount of time spent and drawings <br /> completed on this one-of-a-kind building and <br /> property. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE SUMMARY OF <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the COMPLETED ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN THE <br /> Commission approved the Summary of AMOUNT OF$23,825.60 <br /> Completed Architectural Services in the <br /> amount of$23,825.60. <br /> (6) Proposal for professional services <br /> agreement for services related to <br /> acquisition of tax sale properties (713 W. <br /> Indiana and 1521 S.
