The terms of the <br /> agreement will remain the same from <br /> February 1, 2012, through January 31, 2013. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the Notice of <br /> Renewal of Agreement for the management <br /> of Redevelopment Retail properties by CB <br /> Richard Ellis. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE NOTICE OF <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT(COMMERCIAL <br /> Commission approved the Notice of Renewal PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br /> of Agreement (Commercial Property CB RICHARD ELLIS). <br /> Management Agreement with CB Richard <br /> Ellis). <br /> 39 <br />
