Agreement Summary (Reference only) a. Original Agreement amount: $ 150,000.00 b. Net change for prior amendments: $ 0.00 c. This amendment amount: $100,000.00 d. Adjusted Agreement amount: $250,000.00 The foregoing Agreement Summary is for reference only and does not alter the terms of the Agreement, including those set forth in Exhibit C.
