RESOLUTION NO. 928 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION APPROVING AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BONDS OF 1990 AND AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION THEREOF WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission ") at a meeting on April 6, 1990, adopted Resolution No. (the "Final Bond Resolution ") authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds to be known as the "City of South Bend Redevelopment District Bonds of 1990" (the "Bonds ") pursuant to IC 36 -7 -14, as amended, in the aggregate principal sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,900,000), the proceeds of which are to be used to finance property acquisition and redevelopment in the Studebaker Corridor Development Area and to pay the costs of issuance of the Bonds; and WHEREAS, an Official Statement dated April 20, 1990, including the Official Bid Form contained therein (the "Official Statement ") relating to the issuance of the Bonds has been prepared IL by Springsted Incorporated, as financial advisors to the Commission, and presented to the Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Official Statement is hereby approved in the form presented to the Commission at this meeting, including the Official Bid Form contained therein, and the Official Statement in the form presented at this meeting is hereby deemed final for purposes of the provisions of Rule 15c2 -12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Springsted Incorporated is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be distributed such statement to all parties who in their judgment may be interested in bidding on such bond issue; and the Commission shall place a copy of such Official Statement as presented to this meeting with the minutes of this meeting. 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption by the Commission.
