RESOLUTION NO. 935 <br />` RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A SECOND ADDENDUM <br />TO THE LEASE FOR THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the <br />"Commission ") previously entered into a Lease between the <br />Commission and the South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />(the "Authority") dated as of November 1, 1989 (the "Lease "), <br />pursuant to which the Authority will lease certain land and public <br />improvements (the "Project ") to the Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority has previously authorized the <br />issuance of the "South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental <br />Revenue Bonds (South Bend Central Development Area Public <br />Improvement Project)" (the "Bonds ") pursuant to IC 36 -7- 14.5 -19 to <br />finance the Project and to pay the costs of issuance of the Bonds; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority awarded the Bonds on March 27, <br />1990; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission on April 6, 1990 approved and <br />executed an Addendum to the Lease (the "Addendum ") and an Amended <br />and Restated Lease; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission and the Authority each executed <br />and attested the Addendum on April 6, 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, certain changes and modifications are required <br />to Exhibit C of the Lease; and <br />WHEREAS, said changes and modifications do not alter the <br />character of the Project or reduce the value thereof; and <br />
