General <br />This Fiscal Plan represents the City of South Bend's (hereinafter, "City") policy for the annexation <br />of property in Clay Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana (hereinafter, "Annexation Area"), and <br />was developed through the cooperative efforts of the Area Plan Commission and the following <br />City Departments: <br />Legal Department <br />Department of Public Works <br />South Bend Fire Department <br />South Bend Police Department <br />Department of Code Enforcement <br />Department of Community and Economic Development <br />Department of Administration and Finance <br />SECTION II. GENERAL DATA <br />A. Location <br />The Annexation Area is generally located south of Nimtz Parkway and to the east of Olive Road <br />approximately l; 8 mile west of the St, Joseph Valley Parkway. See Itilccp 1. <br />B. Legal Description <br />The Annexation Area is part of the Northwest Quarter Section 30, Township 38 North, Range 2 <br />East, German Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana. For a complete legal description see Table 2. <br />C.
