r61LECAnnex~ttion flren 5 <br />J. 1•Iunicipal Legislative District <br />The Annexation Area will be in the 1st District. <br />K. Hiring Plan <br />It is anticipated that this annexation will not result in the elimination of jobs for employees of any <br />other governmental entities. The German Township Trustee has been notified of this Annexation. <br />SECTION III. MUNICIPAL SERVICES <br />A. Public `Yorks <br />Sewer -The public sanitary sewer network is available with sufficient capacity to serve this area <br />and more. Connection can be made to a thirty-six inch sewer in Nimtz Parkway/Old Cleveland <br />Road north of the annexation area. The developer of this property will need to extend sewer lines <br />to the site from that point to the extents of this proposed development. The wastewater treatment <br />plant and downstream collection facilities are adequately sized to handle the additional flow. No <br />additional public expenditures will be needed to extend existing sewer main facilities for this <br />Annexation Area. <br />Dater - A 12" water main is located on the south side of Nimtz Parkway and a 12' water main on <br />the `Vest side of Olive Road. There is more than adequate capacity to serve the annexation area and <br />water revenues from the development will be sufficient to provide those services to the site. No <br />additional public expenditures will be needed to extend existing water main facilities. <br />Extensions of; or taps into sanitary sewer and water lines shall be governed by LC. 36-9-22-2, <br />I.C. 8-1.5-3 and 4, and the rules and regulations of the South Bend tiVater Works and Sewer Utility. <br />Street Liglitirtg -The developer of this property will be required to install a street lighting system. <br />Additional revenue to the General Fund from this annexation area will be sufficient to pay for <br />street light operations. <br />bY'aivers of Annexation - No waivers of annexation are in effect for the Annexation Area. <br />Streets -The mileage of the existing roads and any new roads that might be developed with the <br />property will add to the State's payments to the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund and Local Road and <br />Street Fund sufficient for street maintenance, sweeping, and snow removal. As presented, the <br />annexed segments of Olive Road and Nimtz Parkway will be maintained by City forces. <br />Drainage Plan -Drainage facilities will be required to be constructed by the developer and meet <br />the latest City of South Bend standards. <br />
