Hill St.; 514 Kalorama St.; 1020 & <br />1018 W. Jefferson; 1325, 1321, 1319 & 1317 Liston St.; 1012 St. Louis St. and 701 & 705 Howard St. <br />Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />build twenty single family houses at a cost of $105,000 - $125,000 each. The project meets the <br />qualifications for five (5) year real property tax abatement.
