Also attached is a copy of the <br />petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br />build sixteen (16), single-family homes at a cost of $2,816,800. The project meets the qualifications for <br />a (5) five-year real property tax abatement.
