The vacation would not <br />make access to the lands of the aggrieved person by means of public way difficult or <br />inconvenient. The vacation would not hinder the public's access to a church, school or other <br />public building or place. The vacation would not hinder the use of a public right-of--way by the <br />neighborhood in which it is located or to which it is contiguous. <br />Community and Economic Development stated that .the north/south alley is okay for <br />vacation. However, the residence at 2525 Linden appears to have a garage on and uses the <br />east/west alley. <br />The Fire Department stated that a fence and the vacation of these alleys make it difficult <br />for the people on Linden Avenue. <br />Environmental Services stated that the vacation of these alleys will affect trash collection. <br />Engineering stated that the neighboring properties rely upon the existing alleys for access <br />and this vacation will hinder the development of surrounding properties. <br />GARYA.
