:4 <br />place of payment shall be place provided for the payment of the <br />principal of the Bonds (the "Official Redemption Notice "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Registrar for the Bonds is First Interstate <br />Bank of Northern Indiana, N.A. (the "Registrar "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission desires to evidence its intent <br />to authorize the Registrar to mail a copy of the Official <br />Redemption Notice by registered or certified mail as soon as <br />possible after the issuance of the $2,355,000 South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Revenue Bonds (Airport <br />Economic Development Area Public Improvement Project) (the "Lease <br />Rental Revenue Bonds ") expected to be on or about March 13, 1991. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Registrar, on behalf of the Commission, is <br />hereby authorized to mail a copy of the Official Redemption Notice, <br />in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (with any <br />such changes as in the opinion of legal counsel for the Commission <br />shall be necessary and with all blanks filled in) by registered or <br />certified mail as soon as possible after the issuance of the Lease <br />Rental Revenue Bonds to all of the registered owners of the Bonds. <br />2.
