� I <br />(8) The engineering design work for Old Cleveland Road From Olive <br />Road To The Proposed Toll Road Exit Ramp (Section 1) consisting of <br />preliminary engineering design, final construction drawings, <br />preparation of specifications and bid packets and appurtenant work, <br />all of such engineering work for public improvements to be made on <br />the following described real estate acquired or to be acquired by <br />the Authority: <br />OLD CLEVELAND ROAD FROM OLIVE ROAD <br />TO THE TOLL ROAD EXIT (SECTION 1) <br />DESCRIPTION <br />An 80 -foot wide parcel of land located in the South Half (S1 /2) of <br />Section Nineteen (19) and the North Half (N1 12) of Section Thirty <br />(30) all in Township Thirty -Eight (38) North, Range Two (2) East <br />and all being in German Township, St. Joseph County, the centerline <br />of which is described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the south line of said Section Nineteen <br />(19), said point being the intersection of the approximate <br />centerlines of a north -south public road, known as Olive Road and <br />an east -west public road known as Cleveland Road; thence East along <br />said south line, also being the approximate centerline of said Old <br />Cleveland Road a distance of 1700.00 feet to the Point of Terminus <br />of the centerline of said 80 -foot wide parcel. Said parcel <br />description excepting out any existing public rights of way and <br />being subject to all existing easements and leases of public <br />record. <br />-23- <br />
