9. The Secretary is directed to file a certified copy of said Development Plan, as <br />amended, with the minutes of this meeting. <br />10. The Secretary is hereby further directed to record this Resolution with the office <br />of the St. Joseph County Recorder. <br />11. All other findings, determinations and conclusions in Resolution No. 737, as <br />amended, shall remain as stated therein. <br />12. All prior orders or resolutions inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby <br />rescinded, revoked and repealed to the extent such orders or resolutions are inconsistent with this <br />Resolution. <br />13. The United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights act of 1964, as amended. <br />14. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption by the <br />Commission. <br />G <br />14 <br />
