C+J <br />14 <br />Geri Hathaway <br />06 July 2011 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />For the infrastructure design outlined above, BSA LifeStructures would propose the following fee: <br />Civil Engineering $114,000 <br />Permitting (labor to obtain permits) $ 7,000 <br />Reimbursable Allowance (travel and other standard reimbursables)* $ 7.000 <br />Total Fee (maximum) <br />$128,000 <br />*Reimbursables will be billed as part of the base fee up to the $7,000 maximum. This amount does <br />not include the actual cost of requiredpermits <br />If the above-referenced fee is acceptable for the work outlined, BSA LifeStructures will require an <br />executed letter agreement, which will be sent after all parties agree to the scope and fee, prior to <br />commencement of work.
