ESTIMATE OF INFRASTRUCTURE COSTS AT TRANSPO SITE <br />The Howard Park Neighborhood Master Plan calls for infrastructure improvements at the <br />former Transpo site to enable the proposed residential development on the 10 acre site. The <br />plan calls for new roadway development, new alleys, sidewalk, decorative street lighting <br />and landscaping to enhance the appeal of the neighborhood.
