ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 4909 GREENLEAF LANE, COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 2, IN <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> Now zoned as single family living and other activities associated with that use. <br /> "SF2" is limited to single-family occupancy, not exceeding two (2) unrelated <br /> individuals living in a unit. The proposed use of the new zoning is for an Urban <br /> Corridor Multiple Family district. "MFI" providing transitional housing for <br /> individuals who have become emancipated adults. Our goal is to provide adults <br /> with life skills training and information to ensure successful independent living. I <br /> will also be applying for special exception of group residence. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495-04, is amended, which ordinance is commonly <br /> known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the <br /> same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following <br /> described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of <br /> Indiana: <br /> Lot numbered Seventy-six (76) as shown on the recorded Plat of <br /> Mayflower Second Unit, and addition to the City of south Bend, St. Joseph <br /> County, State of Indiana. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as MF1, Urban Corridor Multiple-Family <br /> District. <br /> SECTION Il.
