the list of construction companies used by PBC when the~gned and built an <br />extension to the property at 1915 N. Bendix Drive, described in Item 28 below. We <br />would expect the final roster of contractors to look similar for this project' <br />PBC will seek to employ local companies for at least 75% of construction work, and <br />will seek to purchase 75% of materials locally. PBC will employ established <br />subcontractors and specialty construction companies and not individual employees. PBC <br />will also seek out contractors who pay fair wages, that contribute towards employee <br />health insurance and retirement plans, and are committed to racial diversity. <br />24. No building permit has been issued for construction on the property in connection with <br />the improvement in question as of the date of filing of this petition. (The Property <br />Owners signature at the end of this application is verification of this statement). <br />25. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) or North American Industry Classification <br />Systems (NAILS) major group within which the proposed project would be classified, <br />by number and description: <br />334417 Electronic Connector Manufacturer <br />26. Bendix Drive, South Bend were granted a six year real property tax <br />abatement (Resolution #3083-02) on Apri122, 2002 in conjunction with a 20 246 sf <br />expansion of the facility.
