9. A map and/or plat describing the Property is attached hereto, marked Exhibit B, and <br />incorporated herein. <br />10. Photographs of the property, taken within two (2) weeks of filing of this petition, are <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit C, and incorporated herein. <br />In addition to photographs of the property, conceptual drawings of the new facility <br />have been included. <br />11. The redevelopment or rehabilitation project itself will create 12 full-time permanent <br />jobs within the first year, representing a new annual payroll of $340,000 <br />and will maintain 140 existing permanent full-time and 4 existing permanent part-time <br />jobs including existing permanent full-time minority employment of 39 and existing <br />permanent part-time minority employment of 1 with an annual payroll of <br />$3,700,000. As our business continues to grow, we would anticipate adding additional <br />jobs in future years. <br />12. The projected annual salaries for each new position indicated above are estimated to be <br />as follows (If more space is needed, please attach a separate sheet): <br />8 x Production Worker $20,100 <br />2 x Engineer $57,500 <br />2 x Supervisor $32,500 <br />13. Provide current employment wage information including; base rate, cost-of-living <br />allowances, hazardous-duty pay, incentive pay including commissions and production <br />bonuses, on-call pay and tips. Do Not Include; back pay, jury duty pay, overtime pay, <br />severance pay, shift differentials, non-production bonuses, and tuition reimbursements <br />(average hourly rate or range): <br /> Full-Time Part-Time <br />Laborers $ 10.75 $ 8.00 <br />Technical $ 28.94 $ <br />Managerial $ 22.40 $ <br />Administrative $ 11.94 $ 8.00 <br />14.
