Councilmember Gavin Ferlic seconded the motion <br /> which carried by a voice vote of eight(8) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> Council President Tim Scott stated, I want to recognize David Boling. This gentleman is starting <br /> a new career and will be leaving us. He interned with us and did a wonderful job. We appreciate <br /> all the work you have done. Thank you, David. <br /> REPORTS OF CITY OFFICES <br /> Representing the City Administration: Pete Buttigieg, Mayor <br /> Mayor Pete Buttigieg,Mayor of the City of South Bend with offices on the 140i floor of the County- <br /> City Building, South Bend, IN, stated, Good evening.
