_ r�gpUT,FI�' <br />P <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2011 <br />The November 21, 2011 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />was called to order by Council Member Timothy Rouse, in the absence of <br />Council President Dieter and Vice - President Oliver Davis at 6 :00 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members LaFountain, Rouse, Kirsits, <br />Varner, Puzzello, and White; Mayor Stephen Luecke, City Attorney Charles <br />Leone, Director of Public Works Gary Gilot, CSO Project Manager Jack Dillon, <br />Director of Wastewater Al Greek and Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand, Council <br />Attorney. Attending via telephone was Fred Andes of the Barnes & Thornburg <br />law firm, Chicago office. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the November 15 2011, Notice of <br />Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to pending <br />litigation or litigation which has been threatened in writing pursuant to Indiana <br />Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) (copy attached) <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the November 15, 2011 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />Council Member Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 6:58 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Timothy R se <br />Council ember at Large <br />South Bend Common Council <br />Attachment <br />
