McBride <br /> Other Council Present: Karen White, Tim Scott, Oliver Davis, Jake Teshka,Regina <br /> Williams-Preston <br /> Other Council Absent: None <br /> Others Present: Kareemah Fowler, Graham Sparks, Bob Palmer, Gabriel <br /> Murei, Casey Colvin <br /> Agenda: Organizational Meeting <br /> Committee Chair John Voorde called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee meeting at <br /> 4:50 p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to open the floor to discussion. <br /> Organizational Meeting <br /> Committeemember Jo M. Broden stated, I think tracking things by district would be helpful. As <br /> things hit the agenda or even in advance, maybe even a quarterly update on major projects. I think <br /> that would be helpful. And I don't know if we get copied on any of the packet information. So I <br /> think Committee Chairs should be copied on Board of Public Works information. We get the <br /> agenda but we don't get the whole packet. I would like to receive that. <br /> City Clerk Kareemah Fowler with offices on the 4th floor of the County-City Building stated,Their <br /> packet is online like ours as well. It is very similar to ours as they have to follow the same open <br /> door laws. <br /> Committee Chair Voorde stated, That is a worth-while suggestion. I was hoping to get a capital <br /> fleet status from the different departments. I mentioned that to the City Controller after the last one <br /> (1) because I'm always concerned about that. For instance, we used to have a dedicated fund for <br /> fire equipment and now we just have to pay for it and that can be done many different ways and <br /> that is confusing. <br /> City Clerk Fowler stated, We did receive the annual fleet report and that is filed in the Clerk's <br /> Office. That came in about a month ago. It is in a binder so there isn't much of a way for us to <br /> send it electronically but per Municipal Code it is supposed to be on file in the Clerk's Office so <br /> that was turned in maybe a month ago.
