<br />continued revitalization of the Northeast neighborhood will be impeded and the current <br />zoning will allow for a higher density than desired by the neighborhood. <br />In addition, SBHF staff, acting on behalf of the NNRO, recently met with the staff of the <br />Area Plan Commission to discuss this zoning. It was agreed that the highest and best use <br />of the properties along South Bend Avenue was SF 2 and not MF 1.
