In the City of SouthBend, Indiana. <br />~ Upon said hearing noremonstrators appeared and no written remon <br />strap a was,filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises,, decides that <br />the benefits to property libble to be assessed for -said improvement are equal <br />to.lhe estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer <br />-and thereupon takes final action on said reslution as -originally adopted, and. <br />the same is hereby in all things, ratified, conf irmdd and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be,published on the 26th, day of <br />March 1923-and on the 2nd.=day of April 1923 in the South Bend Daily Tribune ad <br />and News Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction <br />'of said improvement'up to '10 00 A.M. Tuesday April 17th., 1923.
