sot f , ` Wednesday March 21st.9 1923, continued. Board met in special session at 4300 P.M. All`*estbers present. The following plats were approved by the Board. ' Plat -of Miami Heights approved by the City Plan Commission March 15th., 1923 approved by Board -with following dedication. DEDICATION. The attached 'plat is to be known as ". MIAMI HEIGHTS.* and is bounded as follows; Beginning at -a point 48.84 feet -south of the North-west corner of Section 19,Township'37 North, Range 3 East; thence East with center line of Ewing Avenue 1759.2 feet; thence -South 882.3 Feet; thence west _17 66.8=Feet to the West line of said Section; thence North 833.16 feet to the place of beginning.; The plat contains 175 lots, numbered from l to 175 inclusive. The streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the public, for public use. The width of the streets and alleys and the dimensions of the lots are marked in feet. The building lines are as shown on theplat. On lots numbered from l to 29 inclusive, there shall be no residences constructed to cost less than $4,000.
