Albert Slick, County Treasurer, of the County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, and Ex-Officio Treasurer of the City of South Bend, do hereby certify that the a bove and foregoing transcript containing l::page isa true and correct copy of the records in the Office of the Treasurer of said St. Joseph County, and Ex-Offieio Treasurer of said City of South Bend, of the amount due ex- clusive of interest and the number of unpaid installments in the case of each of the fore- going going numbered assessments; together with the description of the real estate exeept that lot numbers are not on our duplicate included in ea h of the foregoing assessments and the amountyof°the original assessment, in each case. We, the undersigned, now owners of lots of recently platted property and of property now platted which have been -improved as provided by resolution of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows%- . Trunk sewer on Michigan Street from 25 ft. north of Fairview Street to 2000 ft. south of center of Donmoyer Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 747 assessment Roll number 1238. Which property ,raas assessed as two tracts and parts of which tracts now known as Lucy J. Ta:sher's First Addition have been platted since said assessments ware levield and that said assessments have been readjusted by said Board of Public Works, and said lots re assessed with their several proportions of said assessments now unpaid; Now, therefore, in consideration of the benefits to said lots eonferreed by said,re-assessments of said unpaid installments of said improvement assesssments, including all interest, pantalites an& costs due thereon, and the grating of the prviliege of paying the improvement reassessment on the sub -divided lot or lots in the number of installments required for the remainder of the ten year period granted under such original improvement, assessment on the real-estate described in the petition of Lucy J. Tasher and Daniel L. Guler present owners -of the original t raets, for ad- justment of said original assessments, and all acts of the said Lucy J. Tasher at the time in connection therewith in securing the privilege -of paying suds improvement assessments, in'ten equal annual installments, and all acts of the said Board of Public Works in connec-tion with the re --assessment authorized bylaw, as agreed to make no objection to any illegality or irregularity in the mantter of the original assessments or, of the aaazx re- assessments of said improvement assessments.
