Mr. John Tasher appeared before the Board and presented petition for the reassessment- of Michigan Street Trunk sewer on new addition, also, waiver and treasurer's reparrt which were all, approved and referred to the 'City Engineer for report. Said improvement assessments which were so levied against said real estate, and the amount and name of eaoh of said assessments which are now unpaid, and the number of installments thereof which are now unpaid, are filed herewith and made a part of this petition and are marked respectively Exhibits "A".
