Continued. .Be it known,that no building shall be built closer than twenty-five (25) ft. to the street line on McKinley Ave. Madison St. Cedar St. Minor St. Sorin St. and Boulevard. Be it further known that no building, ex cept garages on rear of lotst shall be built closer than five (5) ft. to the side line of any lot. Be it further known that in case two or more lots are used for one residenee,only, the intermediate side lot restrictions shall not apply. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, ry County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction ofa local sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and no intended or adapted for reeeivkng sewefage from collateral drains, be and the same is hereby ordered in and along Robert Street from the St. Joseph River to Mishawaka Avenue as follows, towit:- Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Robert& Street with the St. Joseph River; thence north along the center line of Roberts Street to a point 100 feet south of the south line of Mishawaka Avenue with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes, storm water inlets, conduits and house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement.
