County, Indiana. <br />(SEAL) <br />The following resolutions were adopted by the Board. <br />LOCAL SEWER, IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1114. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, <br />ry County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction ofa local sewer, intended <br />and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, <br />and no intended or adapted for reeeivkng sewefage from collateral drains, be and the <br />same is hereby ordered in and along Robert Street from the St. Joseph River to <br />Mishawaka Avenue as follows, towit:- <br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of <br />Robert& Street with the St. Joseph River; thence north along the center line of Roberts <br />Street to a point 100 feet south of the south line of Mishawaka Avenue with a 15 inch <br />vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes, storm water inlets, conduits <br />and house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement.
