<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the Cif, of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph Coumty, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve
<br />West, side of Miami.Street from Fairview Street, to Donmeyer Avenue as follows, to-
<br />wit:- Said street shall be graded from the west, property line t the west, curb
<br />lin to the established grade, and cement snrbsidewalk and cement, curb shall be
<br />constructed along the west side of.said Miami Street, from Fairview Street to
<br />Donmoyer Avenue. All as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with
