W, 4 of sectl6n 2 T. 37 N. R. 2 East,which point is 109 ft. east of the S. W. corner of said � corner thence east along the south line of said i section a distance of 492.5 ft, to an iron set in center,of creek running north; thence a distance of 717.4 ft. to an iron set in the southeasterly line of the right of way of the Ind, Ill. and Iowa Ry.-Co. thence southwesterly along said right of way a distance of 969.5 ft. to the place of beginning. Be it known that no building , except garage, shall be built in this addition which shall cost less than $3:000.00 aBe it further known that no building shall be built closer than 10 ft. to the street line and no building, except garage, shall be built closer than 5 ft. to any lot line: -The size of the lots and the width of streets and alleys are marked in feet and fractions thereof, as shown on the plat.
