' Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of 'benefits 'in the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 68 for the Vacation of the, 'alley lying west of Lots 198 and 9 Kemble's Audition. Also : the Vacation of a parteof Chapin Street and Catalpa Avenue from Bruce Street to Calvert Street de-6cribed as follows:- VACATION of the alley lying west lots 1,8 and 9 Kemble's Addition: Also: A part of Chapin Street and Catalpa Avenue from Bruce Street to Calvert Street, as follows, to -wit:- The alley west of lotsl, '8 and 9 Kemble's Addition, extending from Bruce Street to Calvert Street. ,ALSO A PART OF CHAPIN STREET DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: - Beginning at a point, on the north line of Calvert Street 14 •feet west 'of the southwest corner of lot 97 South Bend & Gary Land Co., Addition; thence north parallel with the west line .of lot 97 ,South Bend & Gary Land Co. Revised Addition and lot 98 South. Bench & Gary Land Co. Addition to the south line of Bruce Street; thence west on the south line of Bruce Street to the northeast corner of lot One (1) Kemble's Addition; thence south to the southeast eor4er of lot 9 Kemble's Addition; then thence east to the place of beginning.
