The first alley north of Leon Court, beginning at the east <br />line of Kendall Street and extending to.the first alley <br />running south from said alley to be vacated. <br />3. The alley.running North and South between Kendall Street on <br />the East and Chapin Street and Prairie.Ave me on the West, <br />beginning at the North line of the East and West alley between <br />Leon Court and Stull Street and extending North to where said <br />alley connects with Kendall Street. <br />4. The alley rimning North and South between Chapin Street on the <br />east and Catalpa and Prairie Avenues on the West, bbginning`at <br />- a point on the North line of the East, and West alley which lies <br />between Leon Court and Stull Street and extending North to the <br />point where said alley touches Chapin street. <br />5. Leon Curt from the East line of Kendall Street eastward to <br />the first north and South alley. <br />6.. Kendall Street from the North line of the East and West alley <br />lying between Leon Court and Stull Street to the north end of <br />Kendall Street. <br />7. Chapin Street from theNert,h line of the East and West, alley <br />lying between Lean Court and Stull Street, north to Prairie Ave, <br />8 Catalpa Avenue from the North line of thee- East and West alley <br />between Lean Court -and Stull Street north to Prairie Avenue. <br />a 9. The alley north of Lot No. 1, Oliver's First Addi,tisn, extending <br />from Prairie Avenue to Kendall Street, <br />10. Stull Street from the east line of Catalpa Avenue to. the west <br />line of Kendall Street,. <br />ll, Garst Street from the East line of Chapin Street to the West line <br />of Kendall Street. ' <br />It is unders"food and agreed that petitioner will, in the event <br />the above streets and alleys acre' vacated, relocate and connect surer which is now <br />on that part of Chapin Str`ee;t which is to be vacated without cost or expense to the City. <br />PETITIONER FURTHER AGREES TO GIVE SUFFICIENT GRUUND ON THE North <br />side of the East and West alley lying between Leon Court, and Stull Street and extending <br />from Prairie Avenue to Kendall Street, which, when added to the alley, will make <br />the street fifty (50) feet in width, and will grade, curb and pave said street from <br />Kendall Street to Prairie Avenue so that the pavement will be twenty (20) feet in width <br />without cost or expense to the City. <br />Form O.K. <br />J.F.C. <br />approved. <br />APPROVED <br />JAN, 30,1923. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />BY L.
