<br />Board met in regular session at 7 15 P.M. All members present.
<br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1086 for the Pipe
<br />sewer an No. Main'Street from Madison Street to Navarre Street, in the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter F. J. Vurpiliat, D. M. Gemberling, J. Klingel
<br />Miss Neilson, Warde L. Mack and -Mr. M-cG®wftn interested property owners appeared
<br />but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the
<br />premises, deeides that the benefits to property liable to be assodsed for said
<br />improvement are equal to the estimated Kcost of the same, as reported by the City
<br />Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action kn said resolution as originally
<br />dopted and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 2 6th. day of
<br />January 1923 and on the 2nd. day of February 192V -in the South Bend News Times and
<br />Tribune, andon the 31st. day of January 1923 in the Indianapolis Star, Indianapob
<br />Indiana, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said
<br />improvement up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday February 13th., 1923. The Board reserves
<br />the right to reject any andall bids.
<br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe seA*r
<br />on Calvert Street and Kendall Street from Chapin Street to Ewing Avenue, under,
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 1027. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no romenstraotors appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in
<br />said roll filed December 20th., 192$ is benef-itted in the amount-o-f assessments
<br />as shonw on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed
<br />December 20th.,, 1922 should be -and the same are hereby in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.
<br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer
<br />on alley west of Scott Street from Colfax Avenue to La Salle Avenue, under Improve
<br />ment Resolution No. 1057. In the City of South Bend; Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no -remonstrators appeared and no written -
<br />remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in
<br />said roll filet December 20th., 1922 is benefited in the amount of such assess-
<br />ments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find' that the assessment roll
<br />filed December 20th., 1�22 and the final estimate allowed- December 20th.91922
<br />should be and the same are hereby in all things, rat,ified,yconfirmed and approved.

<br />on Woodward Avenue from Angella Avenue to Hudson Avenue, under Improvement
<br />Resolution No 1069. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed., The Board therefore find that the property assessed.in
<br />said roll filed December 26th., 1922 is benefited in the amount of assessments
<br />as shown on said roll and the Board further find that the assessments roll filed
<br />December 26th., 1922 and the final estimate allowed Dee. 26th.9 1922shouldbe and
<br />the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approyet.
<br />Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No.. 70 for the Vacation of
<br />a change'in Location of Part of Rose Street in Portage Heights Addition, in the
<br />City of South Bend, Indiana.-

<br />In the,above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed., The Board therefore sustain all former action taken on
<br />said resolution and declare the above deserbbdd property in all things vacated:,,
<br />and this resolution inaall -things, ratified, confirmd and approved.
<br />And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all
<br />owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken
<br />or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property
<br />beneficially affected.
