Wednesday December 20th„ 1922 Board met in regular seesion at 7:15 Pill. All members present. Hearing had on assessment -roll •%ndfinatlest:mate for Gravel roadway on Gertrude Street from Ewing Avenue to South line of Rumm Village Park, under Improvement Resolution No. 996. In the City of South Bends Indiana. In the above master no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed December 6t,h., 1922 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment ro%1 filed,December 6th.,. 1922 and.the final estimate allowed December 6th. s 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all- things, mtified.s confirmed and'appr'oved, z Hearing had 'ori assessment roll ' and final estimate for concrete pavement', on the alley east of St. Peter Street from Jefferson Blvd. to lst. alley North of L�Jefferson Blvd. under Improvement Resolution No. 1046.
