<br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1085.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph and State of Indiana, That it is desired neccesary-to
<br />improver High Street from Bowman Street to Calvert Sj_,reet as follows, to--wit:-
<br />Said street shall be graded groan property line to property line
<br />to the established grade. and cement sidewalk and cement, curb shall be con-
<br />structed on both sides of said High Street from Bowman Street to Calvert Street,
<br />all as is more particularly shown and all 'inaceordance itith theV11 plans, profiles
<br />detail drawings and specifications on file . in the Iffice of the . Department of

<br />This Agreement, Made and entered: into this lst. day of December
<br />1922 by and between Hoban & Roach of the County of St. Joseph and State of
<br />Indiana (hereinafter referred to as thr "Contractor") $, ar d- the- City of,South Beal
