South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> owners of the property and they would like <br /> additional time to consider whether they <br /> want the Commission to acquire their <br /> property. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION TABLED RESOLUTION No.2952 <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the UNTIL THE DECEMBER 13,2011 MEETING <br /> Commission tabled Resolution No. 2952 <br /> until the December 13, 2011 meeting. <br /> B. South Side Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2953 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an <br /> Amendment to the Addendum to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement (Main- <br /> Lafayette Connector Design Project— <br /> Supplement #3). <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Supplement#3 <br /> covers additional costs resulting from <br /> removal of the roundabout for the <br /> Main/Lafayette Connector plan, as well as <br /> additional acquisition of the U.S. Post Office, <br /> the Cinemark Movie Theater complex, <br /> Caroline Partners properties, Carl Kay <br /> Memorials, the Sears store and drainage <br /> design for the southeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Barbie and Michigan. The <br /> project is well underway with parcel <br /> appraisals and early stages of right-of-way <br /> acquisition, and it is anticipated that we will <br /> begin acquisition within the next month. <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that the Board of Public <br /> Works approved this Agency Agreement at <br /> 4 <br />
