We are also requesting a special exception to allow an off site parking area to be located on proposed Lot A of the Weiss Homes Notre Dame Avenue Minor #2. This lot shall be util'IZed by the Weiss Homes office located at the southwest comer of Jefferson Boulevard and Notre Dame Avenue (828 East Jefferson Boulevard). See attached Exhibit "A". (The lot numbers are preliminary and are subject to change via the recorded subdivision plat.)
