Mr. Schalliol responded that he <br />hopes to put the project out for bid late fall or <br />early spring depending on when the right -of- <br />way acquisition is complete. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2953 <br />approving and authorizing the execution of <br />an Amendment to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement (Main- Lafayette <br />Connector Design Project — Supplement #3). <br />(2) Resolution No. 2954 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an <br />Amendment to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement (Main - <br />Lafayette Connector Design Project — <br />Supplement #4). <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2954 <br />adds funding to cover the right-of-way <br />acquisition needed for the Main - Lafayette <br />Connector project. There are three total <br />acquisitions (two residential and one <br />commercial), several partial, permanent and <br />temporary acquisitions. The budget estimate <br />for the acquisitions is $1,225,000. Staff is <br />requesting approval of only $1,000,000 and <br />will present an update and a supplemental <br />budget request later, if needed.
